Delete your KhataPro account

Submit this form to permanently delete your KhataPro account and all associated data. We process requests within 30 days as required by Google Play and applicable data-protection laws.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, phone number and email
• All businesses you own and their ledger / cashbook / invoices
• Parties (customers/suppliers), inventory items, staff and attendance records
• Reminder history, support tickets and notifications

What we retain

• Anonymised audit-log entries required by Indian tax / GST law (up to 8 years)
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics
